Engagement options

Ways to work with us

We recommend the option that suits your project once we understand it. Commercial terms are confirmed in each proposal.

Fixed-scope project

Best when requirements are clear. Scope, deliverables and price are agreed upfront.

Phased project

Best when the full picture will emerge over time. Each phase is scoped and approved separately.

Dedicated team

Best for ongoing product development. A team works on your priorities for an agreed period.

Support plan

Best after launch. Regular maintenance, monitoring and small improvements.

Communication

  • A named point of contact for your project
  • Regular progress updates at an agreed frequency
  • Demos at the end of each build cycle
  • A shared list of open questions, decisions and changes
  • Meetings online or at our Madhapur office

Ownership and access

Domains, hosting, app store and cloud accounts should be registered in your company's name, with access granted to us. This keeps you in control. Code ownership and licensing are set out in each contract. [Confirm standard contract terms]
